Sia’s estranged husband Dan Bernad is seeking more than cheap thrills.

Amid the former couple’s ongoing divorce proceedings, Dan, 47, has requested $250,856 per month in temporary spousal support from the “Chandelier” singer, according to court documents obtained by E! News Oct. 10.

The radiation oncologist—who married Sia, 49, in December 2022—explained that they “lived a luxurious and upper-class lifestyle” during their relationship, which included frequent splurges on upscale dining and lavish vacations on private jets, per the filing. He also revealed that Sia gifted him a Porsche 911 Targa 4 sports car after they wed because he told her he “always wanted to own a Porsche.”

Meanwhile, Dan shared that he is currently unemployed with no income, alleging that Sia—with whom he shares son Somersault Wonder Bernad, 18 months—cut off funding for their Modern Medicine clinic on April 1, according to the docs. He also noted that his board certification in radiation oncology is inactive and would require “several years of training” to renew.
