Kroy Biermann is cutting Kim Zolciak from his team.

The former NFL lineman has filed for divorce from the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum for the third time, according to documents obtained by E! News Feb. 21.

In the paperwork—this time filed in the Cobb County of Georgia—Biermann, 39, described their relationship as being “irretrievably broken” and said the pair now live in separate residences.

“Petitioner and Respondent were lawfully married on or about November 11, 2011,” read the divorce petition, “and since that date lived together as husband and wife until approximately the filing of this Complaint, at which time they were separated and since have lived in a bona fide state of separation.”

Additionally, Biermann asked for child support and requested primary custody of his and Zolciak’s kids Kroy Jr., 14, and Kash, 13, as well as their 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane—all four of whom currently reside with the retired Atlanta Falcons player, according to the filing. (The couple’s eldest children, Brielle, 28, and Ariana, 24—Zolciak’s daughters from previous relationships who Biermann adopted after they tied the knot—no longer live at home and have “both reached the age of majority,” per the docs.)
