As Josh noted, “I hope I still get to play this game for a very long time.”
Of course, Hailee thinks their marriage is a total touchdown as well. In fact, the Pitch Perfect alum recently detailed how their union has taught her to enjoy a slower pace of life—even with her acting schedule constantly changing.
“What we do is so unpredictable, and his job is on such a strict schedule,” Hailee explained to Variety in an interview published Oct. 3. “So it’s actually a blessing—I try to organize my time so I can be where he is.”
So, while Josh steps onto the field each week during the NFL’s 2025 regular season, the Sinners star said she is taking a break from filming new projects to be by his side.
“This time of year, I get to hunker down, slow down, support him and live life,” Hailee explained. “When the offseason rolls around, it’s go-time for me.”
