The Masked Singer has finally answered the question on everyone’s minds: Who is that?!

A new winner was finally crowned during the Fox singing competition series’ season 12 finale.

After a season filled with fierce performances, Wasp and Buffalos were the last two competitors left standing during the Dec. 18 episode, and neither act held back when it came to belting out their final numbers in hopes of taking home The Masked Singer crown.

Wasp brought the house down with covers of Bruno Mars‘ “When I Was Your Man” and Whitney Houston‘s “I’m Your Baby Tonight.” Following the mystery celebrity’s powerhouse renditions, he shared an emotional message to his younger self.

“Your wings are like your intuition, trust them,” Wasp shared. “Trust your intuition and believe in yourself.”

When it came time for Buffalos to take the stage, they showed their range by performing Gotye‘s “Somebody That I Used to Know” followed by Sam Smith‘s tear-jerker “Too Good at Goodbyes.”

The unidentified boy band was equally emotional by the end of their journey. “It was so freeing,” one Buffalo told the judges through tears. “I’m crying right now. I don’t even know why. This has made me feel that, with these guys, we can do anything.”
