Grammys 2025: Khloé Kardashian Defends Babyface After “Maddening” Interview Snub

Babyface isn’t one to hold a grudge.

After the legendary producer’s interview with the Associated Press on the Grammys red carpet was interrupted in favor of an approaching Chappell Roan, he shared a polite reaction to the moment going viral.

When approached by a paparazzo for a comment on the interaction, the 12-time Grammy winner shrugged and flashed a kind smile adding, “It’s okay.”

In the now-viral clip, Babyface (real name Kenneth Edmonds) was in the middle of formulating an answer to a question about current R&B stylings, when one of the news wire’s reporters on the red carpet began calling out for Chappell, who was walking by.

Upon being interrupted, Babyface turned and said, “Go do that,” as he handed off his microphone.

However, the Associated Press faced significant backlash after as the moment from the livestream made its way across the internet, with many stars, including Khloe Kardashian, slamming the way he was treated.
