Running the New York City Marathon is no easy feat. But Bachelor nation ‘It Girl’ Tayshia Adams has it down to a science.

That’s no surprise, considering she just completed her third consecutive NYC Marathon. And she shared with E! all the tips, tricks, and must-have products that helped her cross the finish line.

The morning of the marathon, Tayshia adds some Vital Proteins collagen to her coffee (Jennifer Aniston is also a fan), slips on her favorite Lululemon running shorts, and laces up her tried and true Brooks sneakers, which she’s worn the past three marathons.

After crossing the finish line, it’s time to chill. “For recovery, I definitely mix a bit of high-tech and good old-fashioned stuff,” she said. This means she does everything from foam rolling and Epsom salt baths to massaging sore spots with a TheraGun.

Her best tip, though, is all about mindset. “My biggest trick is to just laugh through the nerves! I have to have fun with it and remind myself it’s really not that serious and that energy shift changes everything for me,” she declared.

Whether you’re planning on running the NYC Marathon next year or just love a good runner’s high, keep scrolling to shop all of Tayshia Adams’ must-have running gear.
