Hosts England have been grouped with Scotland and Ireland for this summer’s Women’s T20 World Cup, as the full schedule was finalised.

Scotland and Ireland came through qualifying in Nepal and have been placed in Group 2 alongside England, West Indies, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

England will kick-off the Women’s T20 World Cup, which is live on Sky Sports, against Sri Lanka on Friday June 12 at Edgbaston.

Scotland and Ireland will then face each other in the second match on June 13 at Old Trafford.

Nat Sciver-Brunt’s England then face Ireland on June 16 at the Hampshire Bowl, before playing Scotland on June 20 at Headingley.

It will be the first time England have faced Scotland on home soil in a World Cup
