Shep Rose won’t exactly miss costar Jarrett “JT” Thomas.
In fact, after JT shocked Southern Charm fans by announcing he’s leaving the Bravo reality series before filming on season 10 is finished, Shep gave an epic reaction to his former cast mate’s decision to walk away.
“I can’t believe, sorry JT, I can’t believe it’s all that newsworthy,” he exclusively told E! News correspondent Daryn Carp during Bravo’s Fan Fest in Miami Nov. 23. “I mean, he’s a nice fellow. Honestly he held Austen [Kroll] to task last season and Austen hates that. But we wouldn’t have found out certain things if it wasn’t for JT. So a little thank you to JT, but we’ve lost way bigger players in the past.”
Shep hinted that JT’s choice might make more sense after fans watch the upcoming season.
“He just was a little bizarre,” the 44-year-old continued. “You’ll see this season. I don’t think he was right and needed to sort some things out.”
