The next Old Firm clash between Celtic and Rangers, plus the Edinburgh derby are among six more Scottish Premiership matches that will be shown live on Sky Sports.

St Johnstone – who are currently eight points adrift at the bottom – host 11th-place Hearts in the first of those games on Sunday February 23 as they look to close the gap in the relegation battle.

There are midweek fixtures for the Old Firm with leaders Celtic at home to Aberdeen on Tuesday February 25 while Rangers travel to face Kilmarnock the following evening.

St Mirren – currently on a four-game losing run – welcome Celtic to Paisley on Saturday March 1 before Hibernian host Hearts in the next Edinburgh derby the next day.

After a dismal start to the season, David Gray’s side are unbeaten in their last seven games and beat their city rivals 2-1 at Tynecastle Park last month with the first meeting of the season ending in a draw.

Sunday March 16 sees the third Old Firm league clash of the season at Parkhead at Celtic host Rangers looking for revenge for their 3-0 defeat at Ibrox at the start of January. Brendan Rodgers’ side beat Philippe Clement’s men 3-0 in the east end back in September.

Motherwell will try again to take something from Celtic at Fir Park on Sunday February 2. Rodgers’ side have scored seven without reply against the Steelmen in their previous two meetings this season.

And on Sunday February 16 the Sky Sports cameras are Tynecastle as Hearts host Rangers.
