The While You Were Sleeping actress made a rare appearance at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Dec. 23 as she watched the city’s Lakers take on and lose to the Detroit Pistons 117-114 alongside a bevy of stars including Leonardo DiCaprio, Corey Gamble, Nas, Rich Paul, Sam Richardson, Big Sean and more.
Sandra was all smiles as she watched the game from a private box inside the arena, marking one of the first times the Oscar winner has been spotted out and about since reuniting with her Speed costar Keanu Reeves in October.
During the Oct. 8 event, Sandra—who is mom to kids Louis, 15, and Laila, 11—reflected on the making of the 1994 classic, touching on the fact that she didn’t realize what a hit they had on their hands while filming.
“I was just happy to be alive at the end of the day,” she told the crowd. “I was new to the game, so I wasn’t aware of what was happening or what felt right or what was not supposed to feel a certain way.”
