The British royal family is mourning the loss of a young life.
Rosie Roche, the granddaughter of Princess Diana’s uncle and a cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry, died at her home on July 14, according to The Times. She was 20.
An inquest into Roche’s death was held on July 21 at Wiltshire and Swindon coroner’s court where it was heard that she was found at the property by her mother and sister. During the inquest, per the outlet, it was also said Roche had been packing her bags to go away with friends and that a firearm was found nearby.
Area coroner Grant Davies, per The Times, said police “have deemed the death as non-suspicious” and that “there was no third-party involvement.” The case has reportedly been adjourned until October 25.
E! News has reached out to local police and the royal family for comment but has not yet heard back.
