Cassie Ventura Is Pregnant, Expecting Baby No. 3 With Husband Alex Fine

There are some things you never expect when you’re expecting.

TikTok creator Yanni Giles, who is pregnant with a baby girl, sparked a wave of interest on the social media platform when she revealed her constant craving for dish soap as she awaits her impending arrival.

“It smells so good,” she explained in a video posted Feb. 13 as she squeezed a soapy kitchen sponge, “it’s like you can taste it almost.”

The internet personality—who also shares sons Golden, 4, and Sehvahn, 2, with husband Tourone Giles—doesn’t eat or drink the liquid, but uses other methods to surround herself with the smell, including pouring it over ice water to sniff while she eats plain crushed ice, as well as scrubbing her washing machine and mopping her home with the product.

In one of her videos—which have garnered over 20 million views in total—Yanni scratched her one-of-a-kind itch by pouring dish soap down her kitchen sink and running the tap, letting the basin fill with suds to breathe in the soapy scent.

But there may be a science behind the craving. Yanni has frequently attributed her craving to having anemia, which is more likely to occur during pregnancy, according to the Mayo Clinic.
