Apple’s latest 11-inch iPad Pro (M4) — hailed as “the best tablet money can buy” thanks to its razor-thin design, blazing-fast chip, and jaw-dropping OLED display — just got a serious discount. It’s now $799, down from $999, making this the best time yet to pick up Apple’s most powerful tablet. This time yesterday, it was on sale for $899.

Apple’s newest 15-inch MacBook Air (M4) — already praised for packing near-Pro power into a whisper-quiet, ultra-light design — is somehow even cheaper for Prime Day 2. The all-rounder laptop is 15% off, dropping to $1,354 from $1,599 at Amazon. Best Buy’s also joining in, matching with a $1,399 sale price.

We’re in the midst of Prime Day part 2, and the TV deals are still turning heads. With a 50% discount, this has been a best-seller among Mashable readers — and apparently Prime shoppers in general. Not sure if you’re getting a good deal this Prime Big Deal Days? Pull up camelcamelcamel. The popular Amazon price-tracking website makes it easy to vet deals there — not just during major savings events, but year-round. (We use it daily.) Simply copy a product’s Amazon URL and paste it into camelcamelcamel’s search bar to produce a chart showing its complete price history since launch.

You’ll find out whether the product you’re eyeing is sitting at an unmissable all-time low, or if its current “sale price” is actually its regular going rate. If you decide to hold off, you can enable email alerts for further discounts.

Dyson appliances are always popular pickups during big sales, and we’ve found some great Dyson discounts already. However, before buying a Dyson product at Amazon, we recommend checking the Dyson online store for better prices. That’s where you’ll often find the best Dyson deals, especially if you’re hoping to buy the cult-favorite Dyson Supersonic hair dryer on sale.

If you want the lowest prices on Apple Watches, Amazon has the best prices by far, with one notable exception. The Apple Watch Ultra 2 (out of stock at Amazon) is still on sale at Best Buy:

Now that Prime Big Deal Days has officially begun, Amazon has discounted our favorite Apple products to record prices. You can buy AirPods for $89, iPads for $279, and MacBooks starting at $799. Sadly, the new AirPods Pro 3 are not on sale, at least, not yet.

We were hoping the Kindle line would get a discount, and except for the unreleased Kindle Scribe and Kindle Scribe Colorsoft, Amazon delivered. Right now, you can buy Kindles starting at just $84.99. However, if you’re a serious reader, we highly recommend spending a bit more on the Kindle Paperwhite, currently on sale for $124.99.

This year, there are a handful of products we’re really, really hoping go on sale. Some of them, like the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones, have gone on sale before. Others, like the new Apple AirPods Pro 3 and Sony XM6 headphones, could see their first big discounts ever. Amazon often knocks 10% off the price of newly released Apple products during its fall sale.

So, as we count down the final hours until Prime Big Deal Days, you may want to keep these products open in an extra tab — just in case.

Two of our favorite Apple products are back at record prices for Prime Big Deal Days, and the event hasn’t even started yet. (OK, technically, the AirTag is $0.50 higher than the all-time low price.) That bodes very well for the main event. Most likely, Amazon is doing some preemptive price matching now that Best Buy and other retailers have pushed their competitor sales live.

Of course, none of that matters to you. We don’t expect further price drops on these products, so we recommend adding them to your cart before they sell out, as Apple products tend to do.

Rumor has it the long-awaited AirTag 2 could arrive in 2025, which might be why these trackers are priced so aggressively. No matter the reason, this is the time to stock up.

Amazon usually offers early deals on many of its in-house brands, sometimes a week or more before a big sale starts. This year, you can find early deals on Echo devices, Kindle e-readers, Fire TVs, and Fire tablets. We don’t expect these products to drop any lower in price, although we do expect additional Amazon products to go on sale.
