Nina Dobrev and Shaun White had more than just a wedding in the works before breaking off their engagement.
The former couple, who recently ended their relationship after five years together, had been in the process of a major home renovation, which Nina joked about on social media in July.
In a video posted on TikTok at the time, the 36-year-old acknowledged the financial impact of the undertakings, writing in onscreen text, “When you’re getting married and building a house in the same year.”
“How much do we have left?” she lip synced in the clip as she stood in the unfinished home before the camera cut to Shaun, 39, who replied, “Forty bucks.”
In response, the Vampire Diaries alum said, “That’s it?”
But in recent days, Nina sang a much more cryptic tune as she seemingly shared her thoughts on a different kind of project: repairing a tainted relationship.
