New year, new diet for Nick Viall.
The Bachelor alum kicked off 2025 by revealing that he is doing an unconventional water diet that has left him “hangry.”
“I haven’t eaten in 36 hours, so that’s fun. I started a water fast,” the 44-year-old admitted on the Jan. 9 episode of The Viall Files. “Last night sucked hard, nothing, just water. No substances nothing. They said that first 24 hours is tough. I felt really weak and tired, I was like, ‘Can we go to bed?’”
Nick’s wife and cohost Natalie Joy confirmed that her husband has been a bit of a challenge to live with amid his dietary change.
“He’s so incredibly, very hangry,” Natalie quipped. “The most hangry I’ve ever seen anyone on the planet earth. I’m also suffering because he’s been nothing but a b—h this whole time to me.”
