While Jimmy and Chelsea—who ultimately did not get married and broke up shortly after their season ended—were still in the pods, Chelsea shared that her celebrity lookalike was Megan Fox, which was met with so much online backlash that even the Jennifer’s Body actress herself later told E! News last year that it was unwarranted, saying, “I think people went way too hard.”
Jimmy, for his part, also later expressed regret for how negatively he reacted to Chelsea’s real appearance in the show, in which he claimed she had “lied” about how she looked.
Months after the debacle, though, Chelsea was able to find humor in the situation.
“Now, it’s just gonna be a joke, and I will never live it down,” she told E! News last year. “It’s just funny.”
