Prince Andrew has some royal changes ahead.

Nearly two weeks after the brother of King Charles III announced he would no longer use his titles or honors, including Duke of York, due to the “continued accusations” against him related to his association with late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, the king announced he would implement even more distance between Andrew and the royal family.

“His Majesty has today initiated a formal process to remove the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew,” Buckingham Palace wrote in an Oct. 30 statement. “Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.”

In addition to removing “Prince” from his name, Andrew will have to move out of his royal residence at the Royal Lodge. (The 65-year-old will reportedly move to Sandringham House, a royal residence in Norfolk, according to royal expert Chris Ship.)

“His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence,” the statement continued. “Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease and he will move to alternative private accommodation.”
