Kindle Rewards is offering double points for one day only — heres how it works

Person using Amazon Kindle tablet

We couldn’t think of a better way to spend the holiday season than curled up by the fire with a good book. Well, ebook, that is. You could go with a classic hardcover, but then you wouldn’t be able to take advantage of double Kindle Rewards points on your purchase, would you?

That’s right, for one day only (although they’ve done this already recently), Amazon is offering double Kindle Rewards points when you pick up any Kindle books. Rather than the usual three, you’ll now get six points for every dollar spent on Kindle books and one point for print books. For every 300 points you accrue, you’ll get $3 towards your next Kindle book purchase. Prime and non-Prime Amazon customers are eligible to participate in Kindle Rewards, so you’ve really got nothing to lose.
