Is it too early now to start playing hockey?

Justin Bieber shared that he would love for his son Jack Blues Bieber, 6 months—who he shares with wife Hailey Bieber—to start taking up ice hockey “as soon as possible.”

The “What Do You Mean?” singer revealed his wish while playing in the star-studded Skate For LA Strong ice hockey game at Crypto.com Arena Feb. 23, which raised money for the wildfire relief efforts in Los Angeles.

While taking a break from the game during halftime—which also featured Steve Carell and Ross Lynch, with Snoop Dogg, Will Ferrell and Vince Vaughn serving as coaches—Justin told a sideline reporter in a rare interview that “it means everything” to be able to participate in the charity game.

“We’re just looking to have a good time,” the 30-year-old added, “and show that when we all come together big things can happen.”
