Gisele Bündchen is celebrating her man’s latest milestone.
The supermodel shared a birthday tribute for her boyfriend Joaquim Valente—with whom she shares a 9-month-old baby boy—on social media, offering a rare glimpse inside their romance along the way.
In a photo posted on Gisele’s Instagram Stories Nov. 7, the 45-year-old held hands with the jiu jitsu instructor during a sunset stroll on a beach. A closer look at the pic revealed the two weren’t alone, as the tiny feet of their son—whose name has not been shared publicly—dangled from a baby carrier strapped to his mother’s body.
“Happy birthday @joaquimvalente,” she wrote atop the image, translated from Portuguese. “I love you!”
In October, Gisele—who is also mom to stepson Jack, 18, son Benjamin, 15, and daughter Vivian, 12, with ex-husband Tom Brady—gave a peek at her life with Joaquim as she shared a clip compilation of herself enjoying various physical activities, including a sparring session with her partner. Alongside the video, she encouraged her followers to get active in their own day-to-day lives.
