Garmin smartwatches took a tumble on Wednesday morning.

According to Down Detector, a mass of users reported issues with the Garmin Connect online service that holds all of Garmin’s online smartwatch features together. The outage appeared to peak around 7 a.m. ET, meaning people wanting to get a morning run in on the east coast might have been out of luck, at least in terms of digitally planning a route and tracking their progress.

However, by 9:30 a.m. ET or so, it appears the outage was functionally over. The number of Down Detector reports was near zero by that time, and more importantly, Garmin’s status page showed every service and feature as being “online.” According to The Independent, all of those services and features were marked as “offline” during the outage.
