Josh Allen is literally scoring points with fiancée Hailee Steinfeld.
In fact, the Buffalo Bills quarterback—whose team currently has one of the best NFL records of the season and leads their division in the AFC East—may have the Oscar nominee to thank for his stellar performance this year, according to his teammate Dion Dawkins.
“When you have a strong female behind you,” the Bills left tackle told reporters about Josh in a video posted to X (formerly Twitter) Dec. 18, “and you’re in the right mental space of going home and everything is peaceful, and going to your phone and seeing a heart in your phone, it just makes you bubble. There’s something about it.”
And describing their winning season as a “fun year,” Dion added, “He’s having fun ‘cause everything around him is right, and because he’s right, we’re right. And because we’re right, he’s right.”
The offensive lineman also emphasized that he understands Josh and Hailee—who announced their engagement in November—by relating their love to his own relationship with fiancée Daiyaana Muhammad.
