Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez are certainly goals.
Eight years after the model and the soccer star first went public with their relationship in January 2017, the couple has announced their engagement.
“Yes, I do,” Georgina wrote on Instagram Aug. 11, translated from Spanish. “In this and all my lives.”
The 31-year-old gave fans a look at her breathtaking diamond ring, wearing it on her left ring finger as she laid her hand over Cristiano’s, putting the massive stone on display.
While Cristiano and Georgina are taking a step toward marriage, they’ve already built a family together that includes twins Eva Maria and Mateo, 8, and daughters Alana, 7, and Bella, 3. (Cristiano and Georgina announced the heartbreaking death of their baby boy in April 2022.)
And although Cristiano—also dad to son Cristiano Jr., 15—prefers to keep much of his family life out of the spotlight, he’s previously addressed the difficulties he faces in relationships.
