Amal Clooney Makes Stylish Appearance at the U.N.
Forget a trim, Amal Clooney is embracing a chop.
Indeed, the human rights lawyer debuted her new stunning haircut for the fall season, courtesy of her go-to hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos.
The stylist showed off the 47-year-old’s latte-inspired “bubble blowout” on Instagram Oct. 7. Amal’s ‘do is sleek at the roots, yet still offers a lot of volume for a dramatic look. Dimitris also rounded out her ends, which now stop a few inches under her collar bone, with some soft waves.
And while Amal’s hair has always been full, Dimitris knew that a slight cut would accentuate her natural density.
“I cut off between six and eight inches of hair,” he told Vogue in an interview published on Oct. 6, describing the style as a “power cut.” “Amal has never had a haircut like this before.”
