Alix Earle is learning what it takes to tango.
Now that the 24-year-old’s Dancing With the Stars rehearsals are in full swing, she has sought support from her boyfriend Braxton Berrios since she is “a little bruised and beaten up” from her new gig.
“I had a breakdown to Braxton the other night,” Alix told E! News in an exclusive interview Sept. 7 at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, hosted by LL Cool J at the UBS Arena in Elmont, N.Y. “I was like, ‘Braxton, I don’t think I can be sexy. I don’t know what to do. I need you to help me.’”
And the TikToker is grateful for the NFL star, who she started dating in March 2023.
“He’s so supportive,” Alix continued. “I FaceTime him every day and every chance I get. He’s always supportive and I’m there to support him too. We’re both on crazy schedules right now, but it’s been great supporting each other and getting to see each other.”
Plus, he knows a thing or two about how to deal with her specific injuries.
