“I can see from the outside how much she’s changed,” he gushed, “just loving them and, like, how she watches over them. You can just see the mother love in her eyes when she’s staring at them.”
In the weeks since welcoming Poetry and Locket, the couple have shared details of their parenting journey, including the touching meaning behind the babies’ unique names.
“I gave Francesca a golden locket with Arlo, our dog and our cats’ pictures inside on our very first Valentine’s Day,” Jesse explained in a TikTok video in November. “We fell in love with the name Locket. We said this really early on that if we ever have a kid, we want to name him or her Locket.”
And the story behind their baby girl’s name is just as sentimental.
“Same thing with the word poetry,” he went on. “We just thought that the feeling it gives you when you hear it and say it is so beautiful and she’s so beautiful, so it fits her. We like names that feel romantic in general.”
