Lana Del Rey Denies Nose Job, Plastic Surgery

Did you know that Lana Del Rey has never had plastic surgery?

The “Summertime Sadness” singer responded to a fan who implied that she has a completely different nose than her younger self and clarified the cosmetic procedure she has actually had done.

“Still never even been under the knife or anesthesia in my life for the 15th year in a row!!” Lana wrote in response to the Instagram comment, per a screenshot captured by People. “But if u use filler like [my doctor] used to- to build up the bridge of your nose it looks tall no bump. Takes seven minutes.”

The nonsurgical rhinoplasty the 40-year-old referred to is also known as a “liquid nose job,” and is “a cosmetic procedure where dermal fillers are used to temporarily change the shape of your nose,” according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Though the procedure is less invasive, the results only last up to six months.

Lana (real name Elizabeth Woolridge Grant) also alleged that the pictures used to compare against her present day nose had already been (illegally) published, so the revelation that she’s had a cosmetic procedure shouldn’t come as a shock to fans.
