We interviewed Lisa Greenfield because we think you’ll like her picks. Our writers and editors independently determine what we cover and recommend. When you buy through our links, E! may earn a commission. Learn more.

With Capricorn Season and Sagittarius Season in our rearview mirror, now it’s time to focus on our favorite air sign, Aquarius (January 20 to February 18). We’ve got a new moon coming on January 29, and since all the planets are moving direct for nearly the entire time, we don’t have any Mercury Retrograde (at least until March). Here’s what it all means, according to our resident astrology advisor Lisa Greenfield.

“You’ll need your feet firmly planted on the ground, or you’ll get swept up in the torrent of information coming your way. With Mercury in Pisces heading toward Saturn and Neptune in the same sign, the truth surfaces—whether you’re ready for it or not. The good news? You can handle the truth. Pro tip: access a calming water source, like a bath, fountain, or beach, to help you process it all.”

Lisa points out that Venus graces the Zero Point of Aries, which marks a major reset, “offering fresh starts, greater freedom, and a lot more fun if you’re willing to face the truth head-on and use it to your advantage,” adding, “It’s time to clear out the old to make space for what’s next.”

What does that mean for each zodiac sign? Keep on scrolling to read your monthly horoscope and discover which air sign, earth sign, water sign, and fire sign will be affected most heading into Aquarius season. Plus, take note of what we recommend to get your inner It girl through it all. Here’s your Aquarius season horoscope.
