Tony Bennett’s Kids Battle Over $2.6 Million in Trust

Tony Bennett‘s children are not in tune with one another.

The late singer’s daughters Johanna Bennett, 53, and Antonia Bennett, 50, filed a motion against their brother D’Andrea “Danny” Bennett, 70, on Jan. 3, noting that they had “serious concerns” about his role as trustee of their father’s estate, according to docs obtained by People. Johanna and Antonia said in their filing they have each received only $245,000 from his trust while their brother Danny’s company RPM got about $2.6 million in commissions.

“Without more information about Tony’s income, it is unclear whether the payments Danny was making to himself exceed what was contractually owed to him,” they alleged in their filing, per People. “Statements and management agreements provided by Danny indicate that commissions paid to [his company, RPM Productions] appear to have been much higher than they should have been based on Tony’s income.”

The sisters had originally filed a suit against half-brother Danny in June, according to the outlet, over assets of their father’s estate that they believe were unaccounted for following his death in July 2023 at the age of 96.
